By creating a vertical pathway, cables are conveniently routed through the channel, while increasing the manageability and control of your installation. Hinged doors also provide easy access to the cables inside the vertical pathway. Pass-through holes promote adequate bend radius, ensuring network performance and reliability.

Our Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) patch panel is a passive device used to supply power via UTP cables to terminal devices equipped with PoE ports. 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX networks use only two of the four pairs in the twisted-pair cable, located on pins 1 plus 2 and 3 plus 6. The PoE panel injects supply voltage to the 4 plus 5 (+) and 7 plus 8 (-) pins/wires. The front panel has two rows of RJ-45 ports. The ports marked with numbers on a white background (Data) are standard Ethernet ports (inputs), those with a yellow background (Power+Data) are PoE ports for connecting terminal PoE devices (outputs).

The maximum distance range of supplying PoE devices is 328ft. The actual range depends on the number of connected devices and their power consumption. The transmission range is also limited by the distances from active devices (switches, routers etc.) to the data ports of the device. The recommended transmission medium is twisted-pair cable Cat 5e or higher. Our PoE patch panel can supply power up to 16 PoE devices.

Our category 5E UTP patch cords are tested for performance and comply with all international electrical standards (ISO/IEC 11801, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568 C.2, EN 50173). Each 24 AWG patch cord is fitted with an RJ45 jack as well as a modular boot to protect against damage to the connection and preserve the proper bend radius. Available in 7 lively colors and six different cable lengths so that you can adapt the patch cords to your specific networking needs.

The category 5E Patch Panel is designed for high-density installations and exceeds ANSI/TIA/EIA-568 C.2 standards, accepts 22-26 AWG wires, and features phosphor bronze contacts. Patch panels are 19” horizontal rack mount compatible and are offered in 24, and 48 port configurations with built-in anchoring points for improved cable organization and security. Features color coded ports for universal wiring connections. A 110-type termination provides the most secure and reliable connection to maximize performance.
