The Vertex V900P is an unmanaged compact switch especially designed for small business environments that require advanced internet capabilities. Upgrade your local wired network with this 9-Port Gigabit Desktop PoE Switch, featuring automatic polarity switching function to reduce congestion and redundant network communication. Vertex V900P’s eight gigabit Ethernet auto-sensing ports and one gigabit Uplink port add up to a total of 9 UTP/STP ports with auto-cross MDI/MDIX, including store-and-forward function to make sure that packets are sent to each port effectively. These features provide high bandwidth and boost connectivity by automatically optimizing speed for each connected device, pushing a signal up to 328 ft across a network cable. The switch supports the 802.3af/at PoE standard and with its maximum budget of 60W it can power compliant devices such as access points, VoIP phones and IP cameras.

When a computer or network equipment is off, the corresponding port of a traditional switch will continue to consume considerable amounts of power. The Gigabit switch can automatically detect the link status of each port and reduce the power consumption of ports that are idle. This switch analyzes the length of the Ethernet cable connected and adjusts the power usage accordingly, rather than keeping the power consumption in a conventional solution.

This Gigabit switch is easy to use and manage. Auto MDI/MDI-X crossover on all ports eliminates the need for crossover cables or uplink ports. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device (10, 100, or 1000 Mb/s), and intelligently adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance. Its compact size makes it suitable for desktops with limited space as it is rack-mountable, convenient, and safe. Nexxt - SKD Floor Telecom Cabinet

The Nexxt Solutions cable management system is designed for superior cable organization, by allowing increased cable density for maximum space utilization and enhanced system appearance. By creating a vertical pathway, cables are conveniently routed through the channel, while increasing the manageability and control of your installation. Hinged doors also provide easy access to the cables inside the vertical pathway. Pass-through holes promote adequate bend radius, ensuring network performance and reliability.

Our Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) patch panel is a passive device used to supply power via UTP cables to terminal devices equipped with PoE ports. 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX networks use only two of the four pairs in the twisted-pair cable, located on pins 1 plus 2 and 3 plus 6. The PoE panel injects supply voltage to the 4 plus 5 (+) and 7 plus 8 (-) pins/wires. The front panel has two rows of RJ-45 ports. The ports marked with numbers on a white background (Data) are standard Ethernet ports (inputs), those with a yellow background (Power+Data) are PoE ports for connecting terminal PoE devices (outputs).

The maximum distance range of supplying PoE devices is 328ft. The actual range depends on the number of connected devices and their power consumption. The transmission range is also limited by the distances from active devices (switches, routers etc.) to the data ports of the device. The recommended transmission medium is twisted-pair cable Cat 5e or higher. Our PoE patch panel can supply power up to 16 PoE devices.
